It's a nice place to camp

We go once a year and have a blast

Very nice boat ramp into the Ocklawaha river.

A little paradise away from it all. Most would never know this campground was here. Well off the beaten path. Beautiful old live oaks. Plentiful mosquitoes and other bugs live here.

Great place for camping and kayaking. Although pretty primitive, there are restrooms but outdoor showers only. There is a boat ramp. Medium to small boats only. Very quiet place with a live on site park host.

If you're looking for a very nice place to camp, or, just to go fishing, Gore's Landing is GREAT. I've camped there twice, and plan to go back after these stupid hurricanes are over and the weather gets better. The staff there is VERY friendly. I'm in a wheelchair, and I still stayed for 5 days, and 4 nights. It was a great experience.
